The Gastronomy at BU blog is intended to serve the community of current students and alumni of the Gastronomy students at the Metropolitan College of Boston University. It is neither an official program nor university platform, although cross-postings of events and announcements are made on this site. Gastronomy at BU is a digital outlet for fostering community and discussion, sharing research interests, posting food events and announcements, and exploring topics in Gastronomy outside the classroom in a less formal setting. Gastronomy at BU is intended to reflect the community, and as such it will morph and change along with the students who come through the program. All current and former students are welcome to join the blog team in addition to submitting pieces to the editor for consideration.
